Our Story

Dutch Lanka Friendship Foundation (DLFF) is a Sri Lankan INGO (International Non-Government Organisation), founded by Dutch-based Friendship Foundation, that has been empowering children and adults with disabilities since 2007. Through our education, livelihood, and inclusion programs, we create opportunities for dignity and independence. We are working towards long-term sustainability by strengthening government systems and empowering the community, for a fully inclusive Sri Lanka.
